Both an indoor and outdoor pools are a plus, especially with the Wisconsin weather. This property is well maintained by staff. Very friendly staff who greet you when you’re on the property. We definitely will be back!

Somerset Hotel

Great room. Comfortable and clean. Chose the daily room service; clean towels daily. Chose this hotel for both the indoor and outdoor pool plus hot tub which were great. Parking is a bit tight but all was great.

Our stay at Somerset was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and smelled very fresh! We really liked the option of fresh towels in a basket at our door every day instead of having a housing keeping visit. My only complaint, and it is a lame complaint, was the bathroom was small. Overall I was very happy and would definitely come back!

The updates made the room bright and cheery. The shower was lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the nice size prersonal patio. The one area of improvement would be that the floors needed to be mopped.

We only stayed one night and would like to have stayed a second to take advantage of the many amenities we couldn't in our short time there. I loved that there was a choice of both outdoor and indoor pools and the outdoor pool area looked very inviting. I loved that there is a fire circle to relax around. I used the gas grill to make our dinner and the utensils were there! The suite was cozy and even had a fireplace--felt very much like home. We were pleasantly surprised. The hot tub looked amazing!

Made reservations in March for August. The morning we were on the way, I received a call from the owner stating that storms had come through the evening before, and they were without power at the time. Obviously this was beyond anyone's control. She handled it beautifully. She was honest and told us without power they just couldn't ensure they would be ready for us. Totally understandable. We were able to locate a nice place with a vacancy in Baileys Harbor. We were able to head to Somerset for the second night. They were super friendly and accommodating on the phone and in person. The grounds were lovely, the pools are great. We stayed on the second floor, the hallway was warm, but our room was very comfortable and cool. It was lovely with a balcony . The only drawback was, there isn't an elevator for moving luggage between floors. Other then that, it was a lovely place and stay. The owner and staff were super.
