The living room is large, and you'll feel right at home around the wood-burning stove (wood supplied), and the cosy atmosphere will charm you. You'll appreciate the comfort of this atypical vacation home and its ideal location.

First floor:
- The entrance hallway leads to a PMR bathroom with shower and WC. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Bedroom 1: double bed with window overlooking the garden. The bedroom is on one level.
- Living areas: large, fully-equipped kitchen.
- Living room, fireplace (log-burning stove)
- Kitchen and living room have direct access to the garden.

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with bathroom (WC and shower).
- Bedroom 3: a bedroom with 2 single beds

The neighborhood
Shops and market in town center 15-20 min away on foot, bakery 15 min away, ideal for fresh bread every morning.

The nearest beaches are those of Erquy, 20 min walk away, with fine sand, fishing and water sports. Plage du Centre, a smaller beach in the heart of the town, sheltered between Cap d'Erquy and Pointe de la Heussaye, is bordered by a pedestrian dike and children's playground. The wild beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais are a 20-25 min walk away.

Nautical activities :
Training courses available at the sailing club: sand yachting, dinghy sailing, kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing and equipment rental for a trip out to sea!
Kitesurfing, paddleboarding, surfing, boat trips to discover the Caps d'Erquy and Frehel.
Sea outings on an old rig, the Sainte-Jeanne.

And for those impressed by Erquy's uneven terrain, electrically-assisted bicycles are available. Cap Fréhel and the port of Dahouët via the greenway are within everyone's reach with an electrically-assisted bicycle. Bikes can be hired from the Erquy Tourist Office or Cap Evasion (camping des Salines Plurien).

Transport
Vehicles must park at the end of the driveway on the right (dirt road), in the spaces provided at the bottom of the garden or in the cul-de-sac behind the house.
