The front desk staff were very kind and provided customer service that would represent a company well. However, the company really needs to pour some more money into this hotel. Even the furniture at the entrance looks dilapidated. The elevator is such a strangely shaped and tiny space and they keep a caution: wet sign in it which takes up a lot as is. However, the lack of cleanliness is what stood out to us. We had seen a piece of watermelon on the elevator floor when we checked in and saw the same piece when we checked out (2 days later!) It had fruit lies around it. There was also a screw on the floor and graffiti carved in all over. The room itself wasn’t the worst but there was questionable stains on the wallpaper next to the bed, peeling paint in the bathroom, and one of the towels looked like it had lipliner on it. The breakfast was decent, but the room was small and hot. On our second day of breakfast we saw bugs on the ceiling. Also worth noting, lots of homeless people outside if you were planning on taking kids here. Overall, we won’t be back and we’re not sure where the raving reviews are coming from.

I LOVED this property and already booked my next stay. I was in town for my child's soccer game. It was clean, the area is fantastic. The property is beautiful. It's right off of the I-15. The room was super nice, we did a double queen. There were some bugs here and there (outside bugs, like moths, beetles, from the doors being open etc) but NO roaches or bed bugs.

The hot tub was not functioning correctly and they were able to get it going for us which was really important since we were in town for a golf tournament and really needed the relaxation

Rooms were clean, but you can tell that when a paint job was needed it was okay. But the elevator is so tiny. We had a cart of our luggage and we barely fit. And there were only two of us!
