Welcome to your own private cottage situated on 3 acres of beautiful woodlands, where comfort and relaxation awaits!

This massive custom-built cottage is the perfect setting for large families or travelling friends. Our tastefully furnished oasis boasts one of a kind décor, with plenty of room for indoor and outdoor activities. All accompanied with private access to the Nottawasaga River.

Only 45min drive from Greater Toronto Area.

THE SPACE:
Beautiful country setting, surrounded by woods and privacy where you can enjoy complete relaxation. Screened-in porch with a couch and chairs, where you can listen to the birds and unwind any time of day.

Fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, large family dining area, sauna, laundry room with washer/dryer. Ample closet storage throughout the cottage. Parking for up to 6 vehicles.

All linens & towels provided.

Plenty of space for everyone in this 3,500 sq. ft. cottage, with lots of quiet sitting areas, both inside & outside. Wifi access throughout the cottage and surrounding area. Near by attractions: Snow Valley Ski Resort, Snow tubing, Simcoe Lake Beaches, Golf Clubs, Nottawasaga Inn Resort, County Forests and ATV/Snowmobile Trails.

BEDROOMS:
Our Simcoe family cottage has a total of 3 Bedrooms + spaces and a total of 5 beds, 3 sofa beds, and 1 pullout double sofa bed.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is the largest room in the cottage, overlooking the backyard and pond. 2 king size beds + 1 sofa bed.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen size bed and is located at the main floor.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom is located on the main floor, perfect for kids or a small family. This room has 2 single beds.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please remember to be considerate and keep noise down when renting this property. The cottage is not suited for groups of young adults as this is NOT a party cottage.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Base Borden Military and Public Library. 1 hot tub, laundry facilities and an arcade/games room are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the cottage.

Fantastic escape

We all loved our stay on Trillium Lane! Tons of rooms and a beautiful outdoor area great for wandering about. The hot tub was a bonus. Everything was immaculate. Communication was easy and a pleasure. Many thanks for sharing your home.
