When I booked the cabin, I thought I was getting everything in the pictures, did not know that it would be a motel sized room, the website is very deceiving. Also the heater went out the first day we were there so if we were in the unit, it was freezing. Now I know to investigate what my actual room will look like before I purchase it. Also the place smelled like there was a mildew in the room somewhere. I am never picky, but sleeping in freezing room without anyone to call or help was not at all what I was expecting. I apologize, because I don't like to leave negative reviews.

Great weekend getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was great and the amenities were perfect. The two rocking chairs in front of the fire place was perfect for reading. And the private hot tub under the stars. Definitely recommend this spot.

Beautiful quiet location minutes drive to everything Estes. Property is well maintained. Staff was excellent but the key code check in was slick. Spacious room for a getaway with great rates for the winter.

This is the coziest hotel we’ve ever stayed in at Estes Park. The room has a fireplace, although we don’t use it b/c it was too warm. The patio overlooks Fall River, there is a little kitchenette with microwave, coffee station. And fridge. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The front office is well stocked with so many things and there is even a patio bar, but it was closed when we were there. Loved every single thing and will definitely. Be back!

The Inn on Fall River was a great little property right by the Rocky Mountains. Contactless check in/check out was fantastic and they were extremely helpful. I even accidentally left my earrings and they immediately responded and had them shipped to my home address.

Stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. The rooms are updated. We had a fireplace and jacuzzi bath tub. Staff was very friendly and all ways available for any needs. Would never stay anywhere else when in Estes Park.
