When we arrived there were hairballs in the bathtub, left over drinks and milk in the fridge from the last guests and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. There needs to be more consideration for the next guests especially when we are paying hundreds to stay here.

We had a great stay at Fall River! We were impressed by the roomy king size suite which had a kitchenette, real coffee, nice leather couches and a deck to enjoy the river on. Hot tubs were located in several spots around the facility which made it extra cozy.

Upon chec-in there was a little confusion about the room I booked. This was immediately handled to a level way beyond merely satisfaction. The room was immaculate and very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. Wonderful experience!

Wow, where to start?! The suite was exactly as pictured on Expedia, and the check in (contactless) and communication was prompt and informative! The amenities in the Suite were on point, and we had a very relaxing stay!
