Ok, so we were at another location less than 1/4 of a mile! The accommodations were very nice, but, check in and rules given were and intimidating! Not to mention the amenities such as the hot tub was sub par, not vwarm and cloudy. We felt lineuf we sneezed the wrkng way we'd be charged a penalty. So, we checked out early and came here. Omg! What a difference! Staff is so friendly, check in was a breeze, and our accommodations were everything we could hope for!

Loved this place so much!!! The staff was absolutely amazing. The only complaint was the couch bed had dirt when we pulled it out. We removed the protective liner to clean it and there was two huge pee stains on the mattress. Other than that this place was great.

The photos on the website do not do this hotel justice. It is so gorgeous in person and we were blessed to see it snow in Estes Park. The views were amazing and it was in a peaceful/quiet area, would definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again when we visit next September. Also the construction work isn't that noisy so don't worry about your sleep being interrupted
