The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had a room at the back of the complex and it was nice and quiet. The shower was small, but had really good water flow. The only downside was that it was a really small room for 3 adults. This was the third place we stayed during our trip to Estes Park and it was the smallest of the three places. Overall, it was a great stay.

Nice Stay. Check in was easy. Had a parking spot allotted for your room. Bedding was comfortable and room was clean for an older property. The breakfast was adequate, but not as great as previous reviews. Never ran out of anything, but not as good as some other places. It was easy to get around from the property and was quiet for the entire stay.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very good. The cleaning staff kept the bedding and towels and the rest of the room clean. The check-in was thorough and expedient. My great niece and myself enjoyed the Mountain View’s from the upper and lower balconies. We enjoyed our vacation in the Rocky Mountain National Park viewing elk herds the moose cow. Stayed in a small room with balcony which didn't have a "view" other than backside of neighboring houses/apartments. Furniture was very dated and flimsy, and bathroom was super tiny-- a tight squeeze for large folks. Two queen beds took up most of the room. Mattresses were comfy, and wifi worked. Breakfast food qualify was slightly below average.
