Good location, breakfast, and pool. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed while we were there, so that was a bummer. The staff was especially helpful at breakfast - the silverware spoon was clearly too big for my 7-year old to use in the yogurt. She gave us a couple plastic sets which were much more his size. We also appreciated the complimentary cookies at 7pm! Nice touch having University of Oregon turn of the century photos of earliest sports teams.

The blinds were broken in my room upon arrival. The pool was closed most of my stay as well. Other than that it was an average stay at an average hotel. Awesome location though, and the front staff were kind.

The staff were excellent! Emile(sp?) was kind and helpful, and Tone was amazingly kind to us and our children. I would most definitely recommend this property to others and will be returning should I need accomodations in Eugene again.

The pool and hot tub were unexpectedly closed! I booked this hotel specifically because of the hot tub and the other reviews saying how great it was. Then when we got there it was closed. It was incredibly annoying and frustrating!

I most appreciated was it was pet friendly to start, but then loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. We definitely needed the hot tub around 3 am when our bodies woke up sore from our days activities of hiking and then went back to sleep vozy in our large room. I would definitely stay again.

There was a broken large hair clip right in front of mini fridge right when we walked in. There was a spoon sock and water bottle under comforter. We moved end table to plug something in and there was old chicken. When we showed front desk he just said I’ll have a talk with cleaning crew.

It starts with when you come in the property beautiful antler chandelier covered in cobwebs, Pool and hot out of service for the entire 3 day stay due to broken pump. Broken Blinds in the room. Limited option poor breakfast at location we didnt want the free food. Positive location is very close to Autzen Stadium.
