The hotel itself was a good location and was a nice place to stay, but when asking for a late check out (by 1 hour) I was advised that they can only offer late check outs for IHG rewards members. I was in a group that had 3 rooms and myself and another party were already IHG members but they refused to give my parents a late check out on their room because they weren’t IHG remembers. It’s ridiculous that IHG tries to increase their membership rates by offering late checkouts when you used to be able to request it without being a member. I don’t think I’ll be booking with IHG again.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic stuff but nice. 24hr coffee bar was so useful and the bed was really comfortable. If we ever visit that area again we'll definitely going to use this hotel again.

The room was clean, amenities were comfortable and great, specially the pool and hot tub. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was decorated really nicely for Christmas, it felt cozy. Breakfast was great as well, and they offer to go bags, which was very convenient, bc I was able to take a fruit and yogurt to the room. They also had coffee/ tea/and hot cocoa through the day. Overall, it was a great stay.
