Guests are welcome to engage in a variety of lake activities including fishing, kayaking, and tubing. While we provide a paddle boat and 2 kayaks with safety vests, as well as fishing rods, please note that equipment for jet skiing and tubing is not provided. We encourage guests to bring their own gear to fully enjoy these exhilarating water sports.

For a quieter escape, residents can unwind by the serene 50-acre man-made lake, ideal for fishing or simply enjoying the scenery. Its prime location near the Masters and proximity to shopping centers ensures easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants, further enriching the vibrant lifestyle this community fosters.

Our home is conveniently situated near major highways, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the central location ensures that you can reach popular destinations with ease.

***Noise Control***: Please respect the peaceful environment in this community by avoiding DJs, loud music, and large parties. No outdoor music is allowed after 10 PM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 10 AM. A $250 fee may apply for each violation.
**Property Boundaries**: Kindly refrain from entering neighboring properties or docks.

***Parking***

***Vehicle Limits***: No street parking is allowed at any time. Our driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Any vehicles beyond this limit may incur a violation fee of $500 per car.

***Guests and Visitors***

***Visitor Policy***: We kindly ask that there be no visitors or guests beyond the number included in your reservation, as each unauthorized person may result in a fee of $300.

***Pet Policy***
We understand that your furry friends are an important part of your family, and we want to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both you and your pets. Please review our pet policy below:

**Types of Pets Allowed**: We welcome well-behaved Dogs. No CATS.
**Number of Pets**: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation.
**Pet Fees**: A non-refundable pet fee of $150/ night per pet (1 pet only) and $200/night per pet (if 2 pets) will be charged to cover additional cleaning expenses.
**Size and Breed Restrictions**: While we do not impose specific size or breed restrictions, we ask that you consider the size of our property and whether it will comfortably accommodate your pet. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
**Behavior and Etiquette**: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges.
**Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate.
**Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience.
**Damages**: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
**Notification**: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along so that we can make necessary arrangements and ensure the best possible experience for you and your furry companions.

By booking our property and bringing your pet(s) along, you agree to adhere to the terms of our pet policy. We hope you and your pets have a wonderful stay.
