We accidentally booked for the wrong night (1 day later) and when we called to change the date they said there were no rooms for that night and cancellation was not allowed. I really don't understand how when an honest mistake is caught 5 minutes after you make it that the hotel cannot credit or refund. Hotels was not helpful as they just deferred to the booked hotel.

The biggest complaint for us is that every door is always locked and then the gates are down closing off the parking garage and you cannot get in easily to even check in!! That needs a solution otherwise we always like staying because it is within walking distance to concerts and shows!

Very difficult check in and rude staff

The hotel was nice and very convenient to the venue next door. However, our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 5:15 when check in was at 3. We had to get into our room to get ready for a 7pm concert. The staff acted like could care less. They didn’t even apologize and could give us an idea when the room would be ready.

Mediocre Stay at Best

We stay here for the convenience of it being connected to the Ford Center. Heat/AC was loud and wouldn’t kick on properly. Floors and bathroom were not cleaned properly. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
