The room wasn’t clean, the bathtub and toilet were dirty. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the breakfast area was rude and seemed incredibly unpleasant. The hotel hallways need the carpets cleaned, they smell terrible.

This hotel is ok. If you need a quick clean stay for the night its perfect if your not spending much time in the hotel.Holiday Inn used to be a top of the line hotel and they have went down hill alot. Pool was small. Exhaust fan in my rooms bathroom didnt work. Small space. Temperature was hard to regulate. There was condensation built up over the door way of the bathrooom. On the positive side the staff was friendly check in and out was quick and easy. The breakfast was pretty good and it was quiet. I would stay again if i just needed a place to sleep so id say its average and i could've gotten the same elsewhere with a lower price tag.

Unable to regulate room temperature: lights were blinking and flashing from heat/air unit all night. The biggest issue was not being able to take a shower. We could not even turn the water on in the shower. The clerk stated, “I am so sorry. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a discount because you booked through Expedia, but I can put points in your IHG account.” Offer of points was at least an effort, but we will never use them. Disappointed!
