Consistent and Reliable

My husband uses a wheelchair and the first room was great, but the air conditioning was not working. We were immediately moved to another handicapped accessible room within minutes. We have always used this hotel when visiting family in town (over 20 years) and will continue to do so.

Room was very worn. The sheer curtain in the living area had a large gash. Kitchen cupboards were worn and sticky. Under kitchen sink was filthy. Window sills were grimy. With the exception of one, staff appeared to be put out at check in.

I absolutely loved it here. It was clean, quiet and quite pleasant to sit back and chill. My 2 night stay extended for an extra day of R & R.

Good enough, could easily be better.

Had the room with the pull out sofa asked for blankets and pillows for that, they didn't have any pillows. Shampoo and cream rinse dispensers in the shower neither would work. Bed was comfy, hostess was very kind and friendly. No bags in trash cans. Strange smell in our room.

Stayed a few nights for business trip during the tornado and torrential rainstorm in April. Staff were extremely helpful and diligent in making sure guests are safe and out of danger. Suites are large and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Short on time, not in options

Short, overnight stay to see family allowed us to stay. The suite option would be good for an extended stay. Location is perfect for those who want to drink (Bar Louie), eat (so many options), and shop (indoor mall within 2 miles and tons of independent shops). If you don’t want to get out, the pool and gym are nice and you can easily get delivery.
