My reservation was not on their books. I didnt get what paid for. No microwave or fridge. Thank god i had it on my phone. Scary, sketchie people.

Very bad customer service from Janette and her Co worker at the front office. Rooms are not ready to check in even around 4:30pm when you have made reservation months before and they should be expecting you. Poor environment. Room smelling of smoke. Homeless people all over the hotel. I saw one hotel window that have been tried to break in..

Its an unsafe place. Lots of people hanging around and on the hotel property. Even they follow you to your room.

Run away and don’t look back!!! One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. If I would have been able to afford to go somewhere else I would have. The room was horribly dirty and I slept in my clothes on top on the bed as I didn’t trust that the sheets were clean. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been swept/cleaned in a week. The sink/faucet was loose. There were some sort of fruit flies/gnats in the room. The bathroom was horrible as well, with the tub being filthy. Looked like they had tried to remodel but had left it halfway done. There were countless homeless people in the parking lot, and at least four people sitting in their car smoking pot/other drugs. Horrible place to stay. Do not stay here. Rooms smelled of smoke/pot. Not a safe place whatsoever.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BEWARE!! ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE! When we arrived parking lot was filled with broken down vehicles and people clearly on drugs as they were passed out in the cars and knotting off. In the back more people with cars and without. Puppies and unhoused people filled the parking lot In from Stockton CA the fact this frightened me speaks multitudes!!!! Not a safe please! The guard only guard himself! Don’t be fooled we drive in and right out!!
