The longest walk

The stay was good the walk to the room from the elevator was a little bit to much and I did mention that I had had back surgery and couldn't stand or sit for to long and I still got a room on the 2nd floor 252 was my room number I had to walk down two hallways before I got to my room and that wasn't good for me at all if it was me I would have offered a room on the lower floor, but that is just me saying what I would have done.

This was our second time staying here and we plan to stay again in the future. The service is excellent! All the employees are so friendly. The breakfast is great with various options. It is very well kept inside and out. If I could critique anything, it would be the pool hours. I wish it opened sooner or closed later, but we were still able to enjoy it for about an hour after it opened until checkout. Would definitely recommend this place! 10/10

Property was clean and in go shape but Lesa was a desk clerk was rude and not very professional with me as a customer. I turned in a night which she said had to be ok'd by expedia which I called them they said they had to call her and she said we couldn't but they okayed it. It was as if after the call she had a problem with us and wouldn't give us a receipt or check us out of the room even thought we left because we had a situation in Florida. Other than that it was alright but we had lost a days worth of pay on the room that we didn't stay.

Overpriced

Business center printer would not work, had to email it to the lady at the front desk to print a document. Not very convenient. Also, way overpriced, for what it was. Stayed in Pensacola the following night for a $100 less a night.
