When I first checked in the room they gave me was not clean so had to go back and get another room and then the lady at that desk was extremely nice about giving me another room but was not pleased about the lights going out and staying off for most of the night so left early but would have been great if the workers would have let everyone know what was going on and the exit on the third floor lights was not working so had to use my phone to go down the stairs which would not be safe for someone elderly so that need to be address and would be great if the hotel had a backup generator at least for lights just in case people have children

We were not placed in the type of room we reserved. The young lady that checked us in handed us the key and said “here’s your key and WiFi code “. She didn’t explain a lot. We had power failure the second night that lasted until morning. No one communicated with us. They didn’t extend breakfast due to the storms the night before.

Don’t bother

Was told they don’t accept animals after I arrived even though the website says they do. Couldn’t get the room we paid for because we had to stay on the first floor because it’s their hotel policy that pets have to be on the first floor. That was confusing because if they don’t accept pets then why do they first floor policy for pets. Drove two hours back home to leave the dog with a sitter and returned to check out with an employee trying to argue with me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with this brand.

The app said they take pets. Found out after I paid for the booking they do not take pets. I want a refund! We did not stay there. Very rude lady Betsy charged my card. Drove from Colorado to visit family and had to go to another motel for our stay so I want my money back!!!

Somewhat disappointed this time

Check-in was very slow. 2 clerks there. One busy doing some kind of inventory and the other making a future reservation. We were here 1 week ago and had a wonderful experience. This time, not so much. Water pressure was poor. Hard to shower & wash hair.
