Best place ever!

The house is very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities, the neighborhood is quiet. The only problem i had was getting in the front door. I couldnt get it unlocked but i called the renter and he immediately helped me. The renter is quite pleasant to work with, i was probably a pain for him but he was very patient with me. You wont be disappointed if you stay here.

Good for families, close to most things

The house was very clean if somewhat sparsely appointed. The location is good—really easy to get around Fairbanks. The property manager was super easy to work with and helpful.
