Originally built in 1929 - this carriage house is on the National Historic Registry for the Louden Machinery Company who manufactured the hay trolley and other inventions which revolutionized the agricultural industry around the globe. These were all forged right here in Fairfield, Iowa back in the early 1900’s just a few blocks from this location.

Free street parking is readily available - but we walk almost everywhere.
