I have rented previously was extremely happy. This time disabled queen bed, last was king and 2 roomy for 2 women. So different 1st was room layout no way to see tv from head bord- was a wall blocking it. 2nd was absolutely freezing bathroom, had to leave door open and run heater so not such a shock as i could have got sick due to temperature. I was so tired i said ill tuff it out. Until the morning, i could NOT get off bed without assistance. Queen bed NO full matress on queen bed frame! Unsafe! I called front desk to inform. Front desk said a management would call as of 4-22-25 no
Call. Front desk said no disabled rooms. Im so shocked that room EVER was even rented and a disabled room. Unsafe bed temp and terrible layout cant see tv from bed. I ALWAYS stayed there but WAS horrible room & service! went else where -
To another motel. Look at the king size bed room vs the full in my room. You will see for self as i took pictures for further inquiries. Ty shannon valtierra was 2 night stay
