Room was clean but dated and pretty run down. Not a big deal because it was still pretty nice. Room was HUGE! Shower was kinda crappy, tons of pressure but only slightly lukewarm water. Desk staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. View from the room was very nice and overall it was a good stay.

Rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are friendly. The area is nice & quiet. Because this is pet friendly it would be nice if there was grass or a dog area for pets, all green areas say no pets allowed. Kitchen is spacious & airy but minimal stocked. Few more utensils, dishes could be added as the kitchen & dining area are great to cook & eat in with visitors. Expedia site says free passes to Fairmont Hot Springs, this is incorrect, the Hot Springs would not validate that offer. Overall though, Id stay here again. For the price, you cant beat it.

Coffee & tea was provided. Cleaning was offered daily, although we denied... They tried to charge extra for resort fees, even though the waterslide park was shut down... They then agreed to not charge... Overall... it was good...

The room was spacious enough but the internet coverage was terrible. We had to sit at the room front door to get a signal. The beds were not comfortable both the one in the room and the sofa bed. The kitchen stuff were very old, like the pan and pot. I don’t know how much it costs for a facility like this to provide kitchens with newer stuff so it will be convenient for people to cook in the suite. I would not recommend this facility.

Beautiful location and good sized suite, however our suite is in need of some upgrading. Kitchen, bathroom and carpets are run down and need of revamp. Service at reception was excellent though.
