Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Spanning two thoughtfully designed floors, this bespoke villa offers an ethereal sanctuary where every detail is curated to renew body, mind, and soul within its 100m² of refined living space. High ceilings, repurposed architectural accents, and sumptuous furnishings create a harmonious flow of calm throughout the home. The retreat comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two serene first-floor bedrooms, with additional sleeping options for one guest on a folding armchair and two more on the living room’s plush couch. Maximum Capacity of the villa is 7 Guests. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into an authentic Cretan living area, complete with a Smart LG 43” TV, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for culinary exploration, and a dining space designed for memorable shared moments with loved ones. The villa also features a spacious shared first-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower for functionality.
