Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Staff on site were helpful and accommodating. When booking this room we accidentally booked the room for the following weekend after our intended stay although we did not discover this until after our original stay. Although the accidental room reservation was non-refundable, we tried contacting the hotel to discuss the situation via text, chat, and phone but never received a reply via any of these methods. Again, it's our fault that we accidentally booked a non-refundable room, but the fact that the hotel would even reply or respond to our inquiries, even if to say "we're sorry, no refund", is unprofessional.

It was a very nice, updated, clean hotel in a safe atmosphere! The breakfast was nice & Beth would make certain nothing ran out!! We told Beth we were in the area for my birthday, a surprise trip from my lovely bride! This morning Beth made sure I got a candle in my waffle for my birthday!!! The young lady, Cassie who was working the front desk was very polite & friendly!! We DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone!!
