The staff was polite and very nice. The property is rather rundown and in need of renovation but the rooms and bedding are clean. We had problems with getting the water to work in the bath but we finally managed and it was hot and had good pressure. It was pet friendly but it would be nice if they had an area thar was grassy instead of rocky for the pets.

!) We had bugs in our room. We had to buy insect spray and leave for several hours. 2) The mirrors were dirty. 3) The drawers were dusty, so I had to rewash my clothes after putting them in them. 3) We didn't have any sugar or cream for our coffee. 4) Our key cards didn't work when we first arrived, so we had to go to the front desk to have them replaced. 5) There was supposed to be a hot tub, but they didn't have one. 6) The vending machine didn't work, the chips stayed at the bottom, and I was unable to get them out..7) The ice machine only released a few ice cubes at a time. There was only one flimsy blanket on our bed. 8) The bathtub was dirty. They did have a good complimentary breakfast. The ladies at the counter were very friendly.

Fine for quick overnight

Bed was clean. Sink and bathroom were not very clean. Furniture looked like it had been through several moves. It was very banged up and long used.

We were unable to stay at this property. There was a mix-up with our reservation dates. The desk clerk was not helpful in any way. Perhaps she could have contacted Expedia to fix the issue, but she wasn't interested in doing that. We were able to confirm things with Expedia, and receive a refund. I would not recommend this property for this reason.

Hair in the beds and shower. Bathroom floor didn't look like it had been cleaned. Visible dust on TV, MICROWAVE, FRIDGE and the head boards. One chair had a huge visible stain.
