Conveniently located less than half a mile from Cape Cod Bagel and the paved Sea to Shining Sea Bike trail that runs 10.7 miles from Woods Hole to Buzzards Bay, within a mile of downtown Falmouth, and just two miles away from Falmouth Heights Beach and Surf Drive Beach, this magical retreat is the perfect home base for all your next adventures. Enjoy being located in a quiet area close to restaurants, parks, and great local attractions that include Goodwill Park, Beebe Woods trails, Falmouth Town Beach, College Light Opera Company, Beebe Woods, The Knob, Spohr Gardens, and Woods Hole Science Aquarium.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a bright living room where you and your loved ones can easily spread out and enjoy each other's company. Watch fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services or break out any of the provided games for an entertaining evening at home. Discover a well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the major appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals and tasty snacks on the go. Sliding glass doors lead you to the back deck overlooking an extensive wooded backyard with beautiful trees around it. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms on the upper level. There are several partial AC units throughout the home. Additional perks include five board games, two yard games, and five beach chairs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Family vacation

Very bad experience. Downstairs bedroom smelled horrible of wet dog and dog pee and was not usable. The house was outdated and sad. Road noise was unpleasant with excessive traffic noise. Late checkout was not available. The property clearly was not cleaned prior to my arrival. I do not recommend renting this property.

The house was fine for our needs and was walkable to lots of things downtown but it smelled incredibly musty. After leaving, everything we brought with us still smells musty. Would not choose to stay here again because of that.

Quiet Retreat - Centrally Located

This property is lovely. We looked for a place near our favorite beach and were in luck. The neighborhood is tranquil, there is a nice backyard and porch as well as a private front yard with tree cover. The house is well-appointed so you can relax onsite and cook your meals, or go out and be close to many options. The listing stated it was partially a/c and that is accurate, there is a mini-split unit on the first floor and 2 portable window units in each upstairs bedroom. However, when one of the units malfunctioned on our first day there was nothing we could do. Although we contacted support, no one came to fix or replace the unit, our texts went unanswered, and there were no instructions on how to get to the "on Cape" personnel, and the resolution never happened. Since it was just the 2 of us we used the second main bedroom, but it could have been a disaster if we had others in our party. A few suggested improvements for those visiting in the future - The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans and need them, especially when it is humid, and it was the entire time we visited. Lable the light switches. There should be a grill on the deck to complete the options for cooking at the location. Also, a canopy or umbrella for the picnic table would be nice. A "manual" about the property, the equipment, suggestions for all the Falmouth Beaches, favorite restaurants, and other attractions, and ways to contact the local team should be onsite, we searched for one to no avail.
