Two plush couches are arranged around a coffee table and large flat screen TV, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. A ceiling fan enhances comfort, while a charming bay window fills the room with natural light and showcases the surrounding landscape. During the winter and spring months, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Piedmont, while summer brings peaceful peekaboo views through the trees, offering a scenic backdrop year round.

In addition to the main living space, the home features two additional areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. The upper level offers a spacious second living room complete with a large sectional sofa, accent chair, oversized ottoman, and another large flat screen TV. A small table and chairs provide the perfect place for board games or a quiet morning coffee, while direct access to a private outdoor deck invites you to step outside and take in the fresh mountain air. The lower level serves as the ultimate game and recreation area, featuring a cozy couch, coffee table, TV, and a variety of activities including a multi use kids game table, a basketball game, and additional options like books, board games, puzzles, a guitar, and a ukulele for relaxed evenings filled with music and laughter.

The second bedroom also offers a queen size bed, along with a ceiling fan, dresser, and large windows that create a bright and calming environment perfect for rest.

Conveniently located between these two bedrooms is a spacious full bathroom featuring double vanities, a large mirror, toilet, and a tub and shower combination, offering both comfort and convenience for multiple guests.

On the lower level, the third bedroom provides a versatile and welcoming space that is perfect for kids or additional guests. This room includes a full size bed, a twin bed, and a twin cot, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements. It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction. This property also does not have a washer and dryer.


Our mountain properties are nestled in the woods, which means you're truly immersed in nature, it s part of the charm! That said, while we take every measure to keep our properties clean and comfortable, you may occasionally see a bug or critter during your stay along with other wild life including bears and deer. This is completely normal for a forested environment and part of the rustic experience. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help minimize visits from curious insects. If you're especially sensitive to nature s little visitors, feel free to pack some bug spray for added peace of mind!
