The more modern part of the property opens with a beautiful living room in Mediterranean colors, where there is an open kitchen with induction hob and dining room. A hallway leads to the shower room and the master bedroom.
Next to this unit are the beautiful two-cone trulli, totally renovated, which offer guests the opportunity to experience the suggestions in an authentic rural past, but at the same time pampered by modernity.
Here in the trulli there are 2 small bedrooms with French beds and a shower room. Completing the country dwelling is the third outdoor bathroom near the pool.

The privileged location allows you to reach beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea such as Savelletri in less than 10 minutes by car, about 9 km away.
It`s also worth reaching Alberobello, about 15 km away, to discover the historic center of trulli UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Castellana Grotte, with its system of famous caves, just 18 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bedroom in the Trullo is connected to the room with an additional bed.
- The third bathroom is just a service toilet.
