Retreat to this picturesque location in Fennville, Michigan, conveniently situated between South Haven and Saugatuck. This corridor traverses the lakeshore and is home to wineries, breweries, antiques, and rolling countryside. Lake Michigan access is a short five-minute drive away.

INSIDE THE HOME
This two-story home has just been updated with a focus on guests' comfort. The main floor features a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee station with espresso maker, and separate dining area. The sunny living room offers a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, and cool retro egg chair. A full bath completes this floor.

On the upper level, you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, an additional bedroom with one full bed, and fourth bedroom has one full-size bed and a bunk bed (complete with Roku TV and an Xbox for gaming). There is a second full bath on this floor as well.

OUTSIDE
This cottage is located on a wooded corner, providing a private and peaceful escape. Plan a cookout on the patio space complete with a gas grill, dining table, and sitting area. Enjoy evenings at the fire pit after spending time on the patio just off the living room with a dining table, gas grill, and sitting area. As an added bonus there are multiple outdoor games available for your use. Enjoy the tranquility of being surrounded by nature.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.
