Tucked in the trees in Saugatuck Township, Poolside is the perfect backdrop for making memories with your loved ones.

During the summer, the private swimming pool is truly a treat and a great way to cool off from the summer sun. Around the pool is a fabulous deck with outdoor furniture. Enjoy a meal poolside in the sunshine or just relax and soak in a good book. The private hot tub is open year-round for your enjoyment. 

Inside Poolside the main level will welcome you with a multitude of places to have a chat, play a game, sip on your morning coffee, or just wind down.

The open living space has a flat-screen TV with basic cable channels and the adjacent formal dining area is perfect for meals at home. From the dining area, you could go one of two ways, out the French doors to the beautiful sun porch overlooking the pool or journey into the kitchen. The kitchen has all the basics you might need to whip up a delicious meal and a casual dining nook for 4. Also on the main level is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Travel upstairs where you'll find two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower tub combo.

The pool house is a great respite with extra space. An open room studio is complete with a daybed with a futon and flat screen SmartTV. The attached bathroom is gorgeous with a custom tiled shower. 

Poolside is located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Douglas and a 7-minute drive from downtown Saugatuck. Shopping, fine and casual dining, coffee shops, parks, and more await you in the heart of town. If you'd prefer the sand between your toes, Lake Michigan is accessible via the West Side County Park, Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, or Saugatuck State Park all within a 5-10 minute drive. If you happen to be visiting during blueberry season, the blueberry farm is only a 1/2 mile away!

Please Note:
The third bedroom and bathroom are in the detached pool house. You do need to go outside and across the pool deck to get between the main house and the pool house. 
There is no central air conditioning. There are window AC units in each bedroom, the living room, and a wall unit in the pool house.
This home is tucked in the trees. It is common to see animals, mice, and other vermin. The property is serviced monthly by a professional pest company, but sometimes vermin do sneak in. Please let us know right away if you see evidence of anything inside and we will send out pest control. No rate adjustments can be made for vermin in or around the house.
This home receives water from a well. Due to the high mineral content in the area, the water smells and tastes very different than city water. You may also notice a slight orange tinge to white or lite-colored items that are laundered in the water. 
This home is on a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Flushing other items, such as feminine products, will cause a sewage backup into the shower. Please only flush toilet paper.
