There is space to accommodate a couple comfortably.
In an effort to settle our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment, this means there are no feathers, down or fixed carpets.

Greet yourself in the smart mirror feature, complete with customisable mood lighting!

The kitchen space has a small dining area which can also be used as a workstation with power and usb points available.

‘Cosy bed’ with a memory foam topped mattress. Be prepared for plush blankets and cuddle worthy pillows.

VIP Lounge: enter the welcoming ‘shared’ lounge room, furnished with a smart TV and a coffee machine offering complimentary tea bags and coffee pods, externally accessible directly from the elevated tier of the communal garden area.
NOTE: the lounge room is shared with other guests.

The communal garden boasts an illuminated gazebo with ample seating, providing a perfect sheltered spot for outdoor relaxation.

Bus stops are within a 3-4 min walk from the property. The local bus service provides convenient transportation that can be used to connect to nearby destinations and amenities.

Parking is on the main street. Unrestricted Parking, there isn’t a designated space.
Please DO NOT park in alleyway at rear of the property.

Not suitable for elderly people due to the steeps steps, which may be difficult.

OPTIONAL SPA ROOM - SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY;
The Spa room facility operates via extra separate bolt on charge of £80.
This will give access to all items in the room (Hot tub, Sauna, Shower, Loft-bed, Smart TVs, Mood Lighting and Blue tooth speaker).
£80 is the flat rate and covers up to 1 days usage (request for usage l)
