Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a productive workcation, or a memorable escape with your pup, this cabin has it all. Availability fills up quickly — reserve your stay now and start planning your perfect Flagstaff adventure!

This is an older cabin with a smaller, 18 gallons, electric hot water tank. Showers will go through the hot water quickly. If you notice the water getting cold, it will take about 20 minutes for more water to warm up.

Guest will have the entire cabin and yard to themselves. There are two locked sheds in the yard which guests do not have access to.

We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well.

The best way to get a hold of us through text with the number you received your reservation confirmation message from or via AirBnB messaging. These messages go to our entire team, and you will likely get the fastest response this way 😊

We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.

After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.

We collect the following information during registration;
All adult guests: Names
Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID
Vehicle information

A good amount of Fire wood is provided. It should be enough for at least 2 nights. it just depends on how much you burn at a time. Additional fire wood is available for purchase.

County Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. Off-street parking is available during summer months, but please try to utilize the driveway only. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.

Cleaning fee will be an additional $30 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

If you are bringing a dog, it must be on the reservation so the pet fee is included in your total. You can add pets under guests.

A security hold will be placed on your card near your check-in date. If there are no issues, it will be automatically released 1-4 days after your check-out.

We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.

#1 – Shoes Off
• We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!

#2 – Pets
• Dogs are allowed if they are on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or the bed. PLEASE clean up your dog`s poop! Bags are provided. The cleaning team will be very appreciative. A poop removal fee may apply. Please use provided dark towels to wipe your dogs` paws before they go inside the home. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

#3 – No Smoking/Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free and smoke-free property. This means no smoking or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. If you will be vaping, you must do so outside of the home.

#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may put our license in jeopardy. This is bad for everyone! We also reserve the right to charge extra fees.

#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!

#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!

#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.

#8 - Lights, Electronics, Heat/AC
• We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights, electronics, and AC when you leave the house each day, and upon check out. During the months of October through April, please make sure the heat is left on and set to 66℉ when you check out.

#9 - Fireplace/wood stove
• You are welcome to use the indoor fireplace/wood stove. Please make sure to only use the dry wood that is provided. Additional wood is available for purchase. Please make sure to start a small fire first to get the flue warmed up and the air flow rising. If you don`t, you might smoke out the home.
