Inside, the cabin offers a spacious living room with knotty pine cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a stunning stone fireplace framed by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river. The main-floor master bedroom includes a queen log bed, abundant natural light, and a full bath with a clawfoot tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen log bed and the other with two twin log beds—both with scenic views. Outside, enjoy a covered porch with a gas BBQ grill, a screened porch, and over 1,000 feet of private river frontage with excellent wadeable trout fishing. Secluded yet convenient, this riverfront retreat borders the Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge across the water and remains a guest favorite year after year.

Trash

The trash can is located near the intersection of Luby Ln. and Osprey Ln. in a row with several

neighbor’s cans. Please only use the can marked Preacher’s Cabin. Trash service picks up every Monday morning.

Rules

▪ No smoking is permitted inside the home or outside near an open window.

▪ Clean up after pets on a daily basis, leave the yard free from pet waste.

▪ Littering the yard with cigarette butts or trash of any kind is prohibited.

▪ No parties or events are allowed on the premises.

▪ The discharge of firearms or lighting of fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

Prime Bitterroot River frontage offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
