Tive uma estadia terrível. A reserva era pra 3 noites e com cafe da manhã incluso. Só reservei por conta de um simpósio que seria nele e me arrependi. Cheguei e esperei 30 min ,pelo menos, pra realizar o check-in , apenas 1 atendente pra uma fila de 7 pessoas. Total despreparo da organização do hotel. Fui barrada 2 vezes em 3 dias pra tomar o café da manhã por um erro da pessoa que imprimi os papeis das reservas não ter colocado meu quarto. Fui de carro e usei o estacionamento do hotel e no 2° dia eu queria sair e fui barrada pela catraca e quando fui na recepção checar, me falaram que a minha reserva ia até aquele dia. Novamente reservei pra 3 dias. Fiquei do quarto 1110 e tinha um foco de formigueiro no banheiro, pisei em uma formiga de 4cm em uma das noites, tem caminho de formiga pelo teto todo, alem disso ele esta descascando e com partes pretas, iluminação do banheiro só tem ou ligado total, modo queima retina ou luz vermelha de saída por conta do secador de cabelo e a privada esta com problema da válvula da descarga, fica descendo água sem parar. Pior banheiro de hotel.Foi horrível. Além disso o frigobar não estava funcionando e olha que eu tirei todas as bebidas que estavam lá para ver se gelava algo. Mas não estava funcionando mesmo. E um dos dias estava dormindo de tarde e alguém da equipe do hotel passou falando super alto no rádio no corredor e me acordou. Preparo ruim da equipe com os hospedes. Serio. Não volto pra esse hotel, mesmo.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem bom café da manhã e funcionários prestativos, no entanto é importante considerar que o banheiro destoa do restante da acomodação. Além de ter uma aparência mais antiga, a limpeza deixou a desejar. Vários pontos de mofo nos revestimentos e piso e lodo dentro da pia. A descarga do vaso sanitário e a ducha higiênica também não funcionavam corretamente.

No momento do check-in, por volta das 2 horas da manhã e com duas crianças ja dormindo na recepção, fui informado da indisponibilidade do quarto reservado. Improvisaram uma acomodação com um colchão no chão para poder me acomodar com minha esposa e meus dois filhos. Depois de 14h de viagem para chegar em Florianópolis, aindar precisei enfrentar esse desconforto e ineficiência.
