O pior lugar de Floripa para ficar.

Localização ruim, na beira de uma rodovia sinistra, ao chegar estava fechada, não havia ninguém, procurei um meio de contato e na porta tinha um telefone que era de um antigo proprietário, esse muito gentilmente nos cedeu o telefone do atual que nós informou que lá existe um sistema de self check-in, a chave fica num cofre e eles fornecem a senha. Depois disso entramos abrimos um quarto aparentemente limpo e arrumado, mas faltava uma toalha de banho e o frigobar era vazio, ou seja não tinha uma água para beber nem a quem pedir. O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte a mofo, muito úmido e MUITO DIFERENTE DA FOTO, foi difícil de passar a noite, a cama não ajudava pois o colchão era muito velho e com as molas espetando nossas costelas a noite toda. Ao acordar pensamos que teria alguém com um bom café da manhã para nós recuperar da noite mal dormida e nada. ERA UMA POUSADA FANTASMA. Nós nunca tínhamos ido há um local ruim assim e espero que DEUS me livre deste tipo de provação para o resto de minha vida. Uso o hotéis ponto com já há muito tempo, nunca tive problemas com eles inclusive na pandemia me deram todas as diárias que eu já havia pago, mesmo as sem reembolso, mas no mês passado comprei um hotel muito ruim em Recife e Agora esse lixo, acredito esse tipo de produto não deva fazer parte da carteira desta empresa, ela perde muito com isso.

Lugar lindo!!!

Pousada Green, boa, limpa. Gostamos muito do verde que se encontra aos arredores, tem um café da manhã muito bom, e fofo, pois recebemos na porta do quarto, numa cesta (tudo muito gostoso). Ar condicionado, funciona bem, tem TV a cabo (poderia ser um pouquinho maior 😄). Marcelo, é muito atencioso, e deixa seus hóspedes muito a vontade, atencioso. Muito obrigada, Pousada Green, com certeza voltaremos.

Bom Custo Benefício

O atendimento é muito bom, o proprietário é receptivo e está sempre a disposição. O café da manhã tem um diferencial por ser servido no quarto a partir das 07:00 hrs e sempre com produtos frescos. As condições do quarto ok. Apenas a roupa de cama, os travesseiros e as toalhas deixam um pouco a desejar na questão de conforto, maciez e limpeza. O lounge é conforme a foto, mas o terraço compartilhado teve modificações, com menos cadeiras e nenhuma espreguiçadeira. Demais tudo certo!

Un Hôtel situé entre trois plages et un lac

Hotel très pratique avec des tres belles chambres permettant d'aller visiter les differentes plages facilement aux alentours. Juste en face de l'hôtel au bord du lac se trouve un restaurant gastronomique - bar charmant par sa vue panoramique.

Bem acima da Expectativa!

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito da pousada e do atendimento do proprietário (Marcelo). A pousada tem uma decoração simples e aconchegante. Tem churrasqueira, mesa de sinuca, SUP, bikes, cozinha, boa internet café da manhã entregue no quarto em uma cesta, atendimento incrível do Marcelo que é local da ilha. Os quartos são bem limpos, com ar condicionado, TV a cabo com vários canais de filmes... Tem um terraço muito legal para tomar café da manhã ou curtir o por do sol. Indico a pousada e com certeza iremos voltar!

Bom custo benefício

Pousada com bom custo benefício, bem localizada para ir fora da temporada. Perto da praia mole, podendo ir a pé tranquilamente, porém em épocas de feriados o trânsito atrapalha muito para ir ao centrinho da lagoa da conceição e na av. das rendeiras onde ficam os bons restaurantes. O ponto super positivo é o Marcelo da pousada, muito atencioso, sempre pronto a ajudar. Existem mercadinho e farmácia bem perto (uns 400 metros). Na frente tem um ótimo restaurante para quem gosta de frutos do mar e uma vista maravilhosa, que chama Ponta das Caranhas e para quem gosta de bistrô tem o Isadora Duncan ambos menos de 100 metros de distância.
