Funcionários receptivos. Realmente, o baixo custo da diária pesa muito. Tinha aranhas na cama.. o frigobar sem nada e completamente mofado. A cama de molas estava totalmente irregular. Café da manhã muito fraco, mas a copeira extremamente gentil fez muita diferença. Enfim, hotel de baixo custo, não dá pra esperar muito.

Em si atendimento bom, nas não tinha garagem era so na frente hotel na rua mesmo e site falava em garagem, tive deixar no posto de gasolina. No quarto deveria ter espelho e frigobar para tomar pelo menos água gelada.

Muito ruim

Bom o hotel já não parcelava no cartão de crédito a estadia (o que eu já sabia) só que dizia que aceitava todos os cartões e chegando na hora o meu cartão elo de crédito não passou. (Ainda bem que levei outro, já pensou?) Os carros ficavam na rua, o hotel não tem estacionamento privativo e o quarto estava com as cortinas rasgadas, não possuía frigobar e nem telefone pra falar com a recepção. O ventilador fazia tanto barulho que parecia uma turbina de avião e eu e meu marido preferimos passar calor. A única coisa boa era o café da manhã. Só que acho que faltou variedade nas opções do café. O hotel deixou a desejar, a diária é o preço de hotéis caros (Só que esses tem estrutura). Faltam melhorias! Primeira e última vez nessr hotel, pois o site diz uma coisa, mas a realidade é totalmente outra.

A estadia atendeu nosso interesse,porém, sugerimos a inclusão de frigobar nos quartos e a troca dos chuveiros, para chuveiros mais potentes. Com relação a descrição do quarto no site também sugerimos detalhar que os quartos não possuem ar condicionado, pois não recordo de ter essa informação e no momento do check in fui informada de que poderia pagar um valor adicional para ter o ar condicionado.É importante discriminar a existência ou não tanto de frigobar quanto de ar condicionado.
