Bed linen included + beds made. Ski binding domain Espace Diamant by Flumet 1.5 km (free shuttle to 200 m). The domain/Giettaz doors Blanc 10 km (link Megève & Combloux). Cross-country 1.5 km. Pool & rink at 11km. Landscaped water & recreation at 300 m. Cottage country of 1935 restored to 1.5 km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant and 300 m of the water plan developed. Charming village typical and well preserved of the Val D'arly on the road to the famous col des Aravis. Exposed South-West Coteau. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Nice and cosy. Lots of charm. Wide balcony panoramic. Large terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. Shops and services on-site. Charming chalet 1.5km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area and its 190km of slopes (free shuttle at 200m). Charming typical and preserved village of Val d'Arly on the road to the famous Col des Aravis. 10km from the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area via La Giettaz (linking Combloux, Megève and Cordon). Famous resorts of Megève at 11km and La Clusaz at 19km. Les Saisies Olympic resort and its vast world-renowned Nordic area in the middle of nature 15km away (direct access possible by chairlift from Crest-Voland 7km away). Ideally located for skiing, hiking or cycling in winter and summer on different massifs, territories and ski areas (Aravis, Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Mont-Blanc...). Many mythical passes! Ultra privileged location in summer 300m from the landscaped and supervised lake and the leisure center. Paradise for children! All shops and services on site ("shopping town").
