Finally a comfortable bed!

This was my 2nd stay, 10 years apart. Still a beautiful hotel in a great location. Comfortable room and bed. Very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place.

The entrance is on a quaint little square with a bunch of little streets coming in at odd angles. The hotel backs up on the river, and the breakfast room has an attractive view down the river to an old bridge, and up the river to the mountains. The stairs were attractive, so I didn't bother with elevator.

BAD: - cafe / bar / restaurant closed most days. - Breakfast is expensive for the minimal and only ‘okay’ food served. - rooms facing street can suffer from noise (shouting, vomiting, crying) as bars close - rooms get hot. Can only cool with open windows, and given street noise…

Nice place with central location. Hotel is Comfortable and value for money. Parking is not free but you can park freely in the centre. Check in is bit late and this could improve the hotel. Amazing view and nice staff.
