The allure of Folly awaits you in this spacious upstairs flat. The nicely equipped kitchen includes a gas range/oven, large microwave, dishwasher, French door refrigerator/freezer and an eating bar for two views the living area for those quick bites. There is plenty of cabinet space along with a unique little cabinet exclusively for your beverages and an over-sized front loading washer/dryer. Spread out into the separate living/dining area’s double La-Z-Boy couches w/ ottomans or a recliner to relax; or dine in and play one of the board games in comfort at the table... After your done exploring Folly or visiting Charleston, which is only 15 minutes away; wind down and enjoy a night in with the new smart 65" HDTV/Blue Ray DVD. WIFI available. A king sized bed is in the master bedroom along with plenty of storage to nicely house all of your possessions. The 2nd bedroom although smaller in size has a queen sized bed along with providing ample storage as well. Rest assured, since both the mattresses and all the pillows are encased in allergy/bed bug protectors. The linens are freshly sanitized and the beds are already made upon your arrival along with bath towels. Flat screens are also available in both of the bedrooms. There is a quaint little screened in porch off the kitchen and a wrap around deck connecting the front and back doors. Our downstairs flat is a separate unit, SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. There is a designated parking space in the front of the house with a city of FB sign for you to park upon your arrival. Please park with the flow, all tires off the road anywhere on the island.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. DURING CHECKOUT, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE CONTRACT AND READ IT BEFORE CHECKING THE BOX. IT WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE AGAIN IN YOUR 'PAID RECEIPT' E-MAIL COPY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS. YOU CAN ACCESS IT AGAIN ANY TIME. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED. FOR CANCELLATION TERMS PLEASE READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ AND BE VERY MINDFUL OF THE CITY OF FB RULES; they are posted in the rental agreement and in the flat on the fridge. Fantastic stay and experience in Folly Beach

We had a great time in Folly Beach! This was our first time visiting the island and Teresa went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The property was more than spacious for my family of 3; it would comfortably accommodate 2 couples as well. Clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, easy check-in, very close to town and beaches…really everything you want in a vacation rental. 10/10 experience with this property!

Great Folly House

This house is very clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach and restaurants is ideal. I timed the walked to the beach access and it was four minutes. Communication with Teresa was great. She contacted me several days before we checked in and was quick to respond when we had any questions.There are some stairs to get to the unit but wasn't a big deal for us. Parking at Folly could be difficult at times but fortunately there is a dedicated spot in front of the house. Overall a great property that matches the description.

Kitchen has everything you would need . Great location!!! Great commication with the owner . Would stay here again …, Be careful with parking with the flow of the traffic . Only downside was I got a parking ticket :( for not parking with the flow of traffic !!!

Just Stupendous!

We stayed here as a family (with two younger daughters) in July. It was a perfect amount of space for the four of us and it felt fresh, tastefully decorated and equipped with modern appliances and amenities. It was quiet at night despite the convenient central location which was fantastic…just over a block away from a handy, hip corner market, a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants, and equally close to the beach. Parking was right out in front and there were even beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few toys we could borrow. The manager was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Furthermore, considering the astronomical prices around Folly beach, this apartment was quite reasonable. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great, easy short walk to beach and downtown. Unit had many convenient extras such as well stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, board games and puzzles. AC worked super.

Fantastic Rental!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Teresa’s upper flat for a long weekend and it was perfect for us! The space felt open, the kitchen has beautiful upgrades and the bed linens and bath towels provided were so clean and cozy. I’m usually dying to get back to my own bed after a vacation and I slept better here than at my house! Comfiest beds! The couches were also deep and cery comfy and I loved the couch covers since I know they’d be cleaned between guests. We are local to Charleston and my husband and I said multiple times throughout the weekend we would absolutely stay here again. Short walk into town, short walk to the beach - it’s the perfect place.

Very clean, fresh, nicely furnished 2nd floor beach town apartment, everything needed except food is there. Grocery store 1 block. 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from city center. Great old beach town feel. Stay here, you won't regret it. Love the town, clean nice beaches.

Perfect Folly getaway!

My husband, teenage daughter and I booked this property for a few days while my daughter visited a nearby college. The property was exactly as described and pictured, well-maintained, and it was stocked with any and all amenities you may need to be comfortable! Everything was pristine clean (I could tell sheets had been freshly bleached and cleaned) and in order, with notes for reminders about different things on the property. The beds were very comfortable (and we're picky about mattresses!) We enjoyed the outdoor shower and how close the property was to town and the beach. Parking was very simple with plenty of space for our vehicle. Communication with the owner was extremely easy when we had questions about anything. When we visit again, we will definitely stay here again....we were so comfortable and "at home" in this adorable "flat"! Book it! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent locatiom

We had a great time. The house was perfect, two blocks from the ocean and downtown. Charleston is only 20 minutes away. Enjoyed live music everyday at Folly beach. There are beach chairs by the outdoor shower for enjoying a day at the beach.

Great Spot!

A lovely property, just as advertised, two blocks to the beach, two blocks to restaurants and shops! Very clean, host responded immediately to any questions and was very helpful. Lots of fun shops, pubs, music, but then quiet late at night to let you sleep! Would stay again.

Awesome stay in folly

Super helpful host! Perfect location for us to enjoy our beach time and town of folly beach. The short drive to Charleston allowed us to sightsee the city, but once we were on folly everything was walkable. We made some special family memories!

Fantastic place to stay!

This was a great place to stay at Folly Beach! My husband and I took our 15 and 6 year old and the unit was perfect for us! It was so clean and there were plenty of board games for the kids during any down time. It was so close to both the beach and Bert's Market - only a 2 min walk to get groceries or delicious food!

Loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at this centrally located property. The house is 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The beds and pillows wonderfully comfortable and cozy. Plenty of seating with a great table for eating or playing games. Kitchen stocked w equipment and having washer and dryer was added bonus. However, the best part of the property is the owner, Teresa, and her help! She texted me with so many suggestions of places and what’s best about each one - the BEST to communicate with while there!
