Modern, spacious and close to the beach 3 bedroom dog-friendly home. Featuring three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms with a living area and full kitchen. The living room has a full size pull out sleeper sofa and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Two bedroom each have a King bed, and the third bedroom has a custom bunk bed with a with a single and queen size bed. Each bedroom has high end mattresses, upgraded linens, and flat screen TVs. The outdoor area is completely fenced and private with lush landscaping, a deck and sitting area, and private shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home is conveniently near a beach access path and is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, 6 blocks from the Folly Beach fishing pier, restaurants, bars and shopping on Center Street, and only a 15 minute drive from beautiful historic downtown Charleston. The home is 1,575 Sq.Ft.
