401 E Huron on (3 makuuhuonetta ~ 1 täysi kylpyamme) ~ (nukkuu 6) Se on (3 korttelin keskustakadulle), josta löydät kaikki kodikkaat kaupat,
ravintoloita, "beachy" baareja ja vain parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta!

Koti on vammainen kuin suihku. Helppo kiertää sisäänrakennetuilla rampeilla, jotka voidaan ottaa käyttöön pyynnöstä! Nauti (yksityinen turvatarkastus kuistilla), jossa on runsaasti istuimia. On täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on istuimet pöydän ympärillä. (poreallas) makuuhuoneessa.

Ei ole kieltämättä klassista Folly Beachin sisustusta, jonka omistajat ovat asettaneet kotiinsa. Tule yöpymään ja katsomaan itseäsi! Tämä erä on TÄYDELLISTÄ, ja ruoho-pihalla on paljon tilaa lasten leikkimistä varten. On myös mukava palo kuoppa istuimet ja köysi swing lapsille!

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Folly Island Beaches. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

What a sweet little house only blocks from the beach! It was perfect for the two of us. The screened in porch was a great place to read in the evening. We enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. It is cozy and functional! It’s in a quiet part of the island with plenty of shade and a quick walk to Center Street, Bert’s and all of the fun!

The house needs a deepClean inside and out. There was dust and fur on the fan in the bedroom with the tub. Most of the glass jars with shells need to be cleaned. The outside of the home is in desperate need of pressure washing. The flower beds need cutting and wedding. Random trees growing in the bushes.We did need to call for maintenance due to the water hose on the back not functioning. He was super nice and efficient. Rigged it up for us to use while we werethere. The handle was rusted and did not work.Overall the house was average. Beds sleptGood. Enjoyed the back screen porch. Great location. Plenty of parking.

4th on Folly

The weather wasn't great, they canceled the fireworks show, but we weren't going to let that stop us from having a great time.The beach cottage was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and downtown Folly. Nice screened outdoors seating with a grille. It was too hot to light the fire pit, but there is plenty of seating around the pit.

Amazing property! Lots of space! Great location!

We had an amazing time at the Sunshine House. It was a close walk to town and a few short blocks to the beach. We were also happily surprised that we were near the city park, pickleball, and basketball courts. I highly recommend it!!

For a beach house it would be nice to have basic beach amenity items like towels and beach chairs. Also some furniture in the house should be replaced. Not comfortable sitting in a chair that is clearly broken and sits on 4x4’s.

Cute little place, pics were spot on, was supposed to get a new grill but it didn’t come in in time. Old grill was hard to light Had an issue with the ac (my husband already looked at it) but with both issues, the management gets right back to you quickly and efficiently even on weekends

Awesome house

The cutest house and perfect for our family of 5. Very close to the beach and to a really neat gated playground. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great getaway

Nice place, easy walk to beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops but also far enough away to not be bothered by the traffic, people, and noise when the area gets busy. Cozy, but has everything needed. Great stay for our family.

Perfect. Accurate to listing. Location was perfect. Far enough from the strip to be quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Bed were comfortable. AC worked great. Loved the patio and back porch area.

This house was perfect for our boys. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook at the house. Folly Beach is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Wonderful

We went for a short weekend trip and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was clean and very roomy for us. Best bed I have ever had in a rental , in the master. Would definitely rent again. The only negative were the added fees to rent. Very expensive.

Fun Family Get Away

This was a great spot for our family to vacation in Folly. The house is cute and just a few blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed the screened porch for our morning coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and Comfortable Cottage

We greatly enjoyed our time in Folly Beach at this beautiful cottage. It's just a few blocks from the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. It's even close to a park that features tennis and pickleball courts and a play area for children. The cottage was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, and pots & pans. They even provided a poop scooper outside for pet waste. The TV offered many channels to enjoy together with some movie DVDs.

Perfect for us

We loved this home! It is one of the few houses that have no stairs which is great for my mother. We rented a golf cart and that helped with beach access. There is an accessible beach ramp down near 9th. The neighborhood is very quiet yet nice walk to beach and Bert’s. Kitchen was clean and great and the four of us had no issues with the big single bathroom. Love the porch and yard. Our small dog was very comfy as well. This is my favorite place I’ve stayed, thank you!

Great Location

This was the perfect house for my small family. My toddler loved climbing the stairs to the bunk bed. The hammock on the porch was a great addition. A couple areas to improve. Change location of outdoor shower was difficult to rinse off sand and the shower portion we couldnt get it to work. Provide a wet jet or mop so guests can use to clean up dirty floors. Overall we loved it here and being able to walk to the beach and center street so easily.

Perfect Place to Relax

Quiet, green, neighborhood with a relaxed beach vibe, a few blocks from the beach. Great for walks. Short walk to Center Street where all the restaurants are. Overall, the house is comfortable and the screened porch is a great place to escape mosquitos. We felt very welcome and found all we needed in the house. Very dog-friendly neighborhood w dog park(s) and dogs are welcome on the beach during certain hours. Highly recommend it for a get-away.

Gorgeous little house and close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Definitely within walking distance to the beach. You can sit on the front porch at night and listen to the ocean. Loved the back screened in porch and back patio with a fire pit. We had s’mores two nights! Plenty of room for 5 adults and one baby. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Very relaxing after a long day on the beach. We had everything we needed minus a can opener and a mop. Easy enough fix since Walmart is so close. The main shower is a bit tricky. Definitely pile towels down on the floor. Even with the curtain pulled tight water goes everywhere. I’ve read some reviews that say it’s not big enough. I disagree. Plenty of room for everyone to kick back and watch tv or play games or just relax. Would definitely rent again!! Side note; my husband loved the main bath decor. He said he learned more about the elements in one week than he did in college.

Great location!

This was a great property close to beach and downtown. This property could use a few updates and an outdoor dining table on the porch but it was clean and in good condition. The porch and patio fireplace were great as well.
