The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Fongrave, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accommodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 90 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a beautiful garden. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room of 90 m² with TV, Wifi, fireplace, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room with shower and toilet.
- Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).

On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and two single beds accessible by a steep staircase.
- A shower room with Italian shower and WC.

Exterior:
- A 4×9 salt water swimming pool (private, not heated), accessible from April to October, protected by a rigid cover.
- A beautiful garden with a terrace of about 80 m² in wood and tiles, exposed North-West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Fongrave, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops in the surrounding towns, but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Located at the edge of the Périgord in Lot et Garonne, you will find yourself near all the great sites to visit and the villages classified "Most beautiful villages of France": Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal, Pujols, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat, Lascaux... You will also be able to discover many castles: Château de Biron, Château des Milandes (a castle owned by Josephine Baker and which made her famous), Château de Beynac (the castle where "Les Visiteurs" was filmed)...
- Sporting activities: canoeing on the Dordogne, Walibi amusement park (Agen), accrobranche, cycling, hiking, climbing, horseback riding...
- Numerous visits to world famous sites: Lascaux and its cave, the village of La Roque-Gageac...
- Gastronomic heritage : the tourtière, the cep of Périgord, the vineyard of Cahors...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly on the land which can accommodate 4 to 5 vehicles.
- Nearest train station: Agen located at approximately 38 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux located at approximately 1H30 by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

- The fireplace is not functional.
- Steep staircase to access bedroom with two single beds.
- A barn is on the property but not accessible.
- Drive delivery prior to arrival and during your stay, request and payment from our service provider.
