6 people ideal but possibility up to 8 people if necessary because we have two very comfortable sofa beds in the living room.

La Maison du Lac 1, located in the heart of the Normande tourist resort opposite the Grand Casino and 500 m from the town and its shops, is classified 3 stars and labeled Famille Plus.
Established in the middle of a garden of 1100 m² facing south-west without vis-à-vis, in a natural and remarkable environment, it enjoys a superb view and direct access to the Andelle lake.
You will find upscale comfort and contemporary decor: large living room, bar, fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 with sink, bathroom with double sink and bath, WC, wood-burning fireplace.
You will be able to appreciate two terraces which overhang the lake: a terrace close to the house and a sheltered terrace that we have fitted out: this covered south-facing covered terrace, all of wood clad, allows you to comfortably enjoy a rare proximity to the lake and its birds sheltered from wind, sun or downpour.
500 meters from the traditional Norman village, the house offers an idyllic and relaxing setting, giving the opportunity for multiple walks between lake and forest, barbecue, fishing trips at the end of the garden, fitness trail, bike rides on the Green Avenue and why not… evening at the casino and relaxation session at the SPA of the Domaine de Forges.
All without a car: activities, shopping, restaurants are less than 1 km away.
The rental of bicycles (left at home on request) is a real plus for outings.
You will have a closed and secure bike room.
