The Swan House is allergy and asthma-friendly. Pets/animals are not allowed in the house. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house and within 25 feet of the property. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees and potential termination of the booking. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
