Redwood Room Studio - Weller House Water Tower

Stay in the Weller House's unique 4-story water tower with a rooftop viewing deck. Enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area and pacific ocean from the tallest point in town. This room is located on the ground floor of the tower. It features a comfy King sized bed, a small kitchenette with a propane stove, sink and refrigerator, and roof-top deck access. This is a dog-friendly room (a separate $25 fee applies).
The space
Located on the property of the historic Weller House, the unique 4 story water tower was rebuilt on the footprint of the original water tower that once served as the main water source for the town. From the rooftop deck, you will enjoy a 360 panoramic view of the town and the ocean. Watch the boats going by and look for whales migrating twice a year!

The room, located on the first story of the water tower, features complimentary wireless internet (WiFi), a king sized Bed, roof-top deck access, a propane stove, kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, instant hot water kettle, tea & VERVE pour over coffee, and off-street parking. Check-in time 3pm.

DOG NOTE: This room is dog friendly, there will be an extra $25 fee for each dog guest. The dog fee will be charged separately after the booking has been made. This is a fee and is not refundable. We limit the number of dogs to 2 dogs maximum.

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the rooms or on the Water Tower deck.
During your stay at this hotel, you're just a quick walk from Skunk Train.

A Haven of peace, beauty & quiet

Our two night stay at this unique spot near the ocean was just what we needed in the way of a retreat spot for much needed renewal, rest & restoration after a long day of air & car travel from our home in Mexico. Our 15-month-old grandson (who lives just outside of Ft Bragg w/ his parents) came into the world with many health challenges & is extremely immune-challenged, required us to quarantine away from him for a few days so as not to compromise his health any further. Our stay @ the Weller house turned out to be perfect for us. The warm, large, cozy bed, kitchenette, bathroom & shower were well & thoughtfully equipped w/ just the right amenities. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. So thankful to have been led here. Would stay again if needed & wholeheartedly recommend to anyone needing rest & a place of healing energy. Loved the beautiful driveway to our ground floor room & enjoyed the 4-story, easy climb to a spectacular view of the ocean, etc from the top deck. So grateful to this host family..

Quaint little one room for weekend getaway

A 3 min walk to the Skunk Train station, 6-10min walk to down town and short 5 min drive to the Sea Glass Beach. This one of a kind structure sports the cutest drive way entrance, buttressed by honey suckles and the most unique architecture around town. Each room is themed at the Weller House Tower, and ours was the Redwood Room so named from the beautiful stained redwood bench set near the shower and bathroom. Full size fridge, stove, utensils, microwave, internet, portable heater/AC and stand in shower. Clean and simple check. We want to stay in the other themed rooms just to try them, we had a that great an experience.
