The Desk Manager, Ricardo Díaz, was an amazing host and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortably set. The room was very clean and tidy, everything was very comfortable.

This property is disgusting. The service was worse. The outlets are falling out of the walls. The tub drain is falling out. Mold on the ceiling in bathroom and crumbs in the carpet. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. Never again.
