The room was clean . The nighttime staff were rude and not too willing to help. The daytime staff hung up on me after I called about an issue with my remote. I had to call back two additional times to get assistance ( I couldn’t go down because I had a small baby in the room who was sleeping)

It was a wonderful stay! This is actually my second time staying here and I came back to this exact location because of the cleanliness, exceptional customer service, the dine in area downstairs were wonderful as well as the bar. The room was so comforting & welcoming and the temperature was perfect! I love my suite! The exercise room on the 9th floor was clean with having certain equipment which was readily available and was able to have a great workout right before going down to have my continental breakfast! The breakfast never disappoint! Everything was delicious. Was surely a peaceful atmosphere while eating breakfast. I will definitely be back for sure! I thank staff for making it a wonderful stay!
