Room was barely cleaned each day, just bed made and fresh towels, staff were useless, when addressing concerns. I only booked there for the hot tub and gym, hot tub was closed and gym under construction. my TV remote was missing from the room, had to argue with front desk to get a new one. I stay in hotels 100+ days a year, so I'm understanding, but staff here didn't care at all about my concerns or hotel cleanliness.

Breakfast ends at the ridiculously early hour of 8AM for a Sunday. The elevator was jerky and felt unsafe. The floor was noisy with a ton of young kids. They should reserve quiet floors for older people without children. I was awakened several times. Would not recommend.

When will Expedia insist that Hotels that are under renovation disclose this fact in the listing. This hotel was brutal. It was a full time construction zone - all amenities closed for construction. No fitness room. I cannot believe they had the gall to charge full prices. I will never stay at a Pomeroy ever again.

We did not get the room we paid for. When my husband checked in, they switched the room to a queen with roll in shower, but we paid for a king suite with a separate bedroom. I am not at all happy with this. My travel agent called the hotel to ask why this was done and the lady could not give an explanation. She said the manager would resolve this in the morning. I expect a refund as this is not the room that was paid for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
