5 star price for 3 star rooms. Pretty shabby place. Most expensive hotel in town so I expected it to look it. Carpet on stairs is worn through, bathroom fan is hanging by a thread, many old holes from previous shower curtains, mattress on bed is an old one and the springs will let you know. Sheets didn’t fit the mattress, barely came down 1/2 way, bathroom door held together with screws, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment. Won’t be back.

Property was under remodel and had some mold in several places in the bathroom. Beds were ok but pillows were hard. Most of the ice machines did not work. Staff was friendly.

Several things were great- like the great help we got when the room wasn't quite up to par: we needed a new TV, more towels and blankets and pillows for the pull out. It looks like the room has seen better days - as it was missing the TV in the sitting room and the cable from the TV in the bedroom was taken. The first 40 minutes was used to get all things sorted. The help we received and the location made it three stars this time.

Dingy, when we pulled out the couch it had leftover food sitting on the blankets. Breakfast the next morning was sub par. Just was dirty and gross. Wont stay here again.

Breakfast was good. We were asked when we checked in whether we wanted our room serviced, and we declined. I assumed they would still check if we needed coffee pods, but I guessed incorrectly. Flooring being replaced so it's not very inviting when going to and from your room. Room was superficially clean but hasn't had a thorough cleaning for some time based on streaked glass and mirrors, and dust accumulation along the baseboards.
