As you step into 5 Glen Loch View, you’ll be greeted by a cosy nook at the entrance, ideal for storing jackets and shoes. A short climb up 17 steps brings you to the main living area on the first floor. The living area is a haven of relaxation, featuring a large TV and seating for four. The electric log burner adds a touch of rustic charm, creating a cosy ambience on cooler evenings. Through the expansive patio doors, you’ll find a Juliet balcony that offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the hills in the distance. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The kitchen, integrated into the living space, is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. It boasts an integrated oven and induction hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an under-counter fridge with a small freezer compartment. A wood block worktop provides additional space for meal prep, and the breakfast bar with seating for four is ideal for casual dining.

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms, both located at the rear. The main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and ample clothing storage. The twin bedroom is equipped with plenty of storage, including drawers and a walk-in wardrobe.

The modern, spacious bathroom comes with a shower over the bath, ensuring a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing end to an adventure-filled one. A towel rail keeps your towels warm and cosy.

Heating throughout the apartment is electric, keeping you warm and comfortable during your stay.

Outside the main door, a small bench offers a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh Highland air. Free on-site parking means you can easily explore the surrounding area at your leisure.

Please be aware, there are 17 internal stairs with no stair gate or door leading down to the main door on street level.
