Welcome to Mansfield's best kept secret! Enjoy nature on your staycation, vacation, romantic getaway or work trip only half a mile from downtown Mansfield. Close to shopping and dining. Note- due to the close proximity too downtown you may hear the occasional locomotive. The cottage is handicap accessible. The sidewalk does have a slope that may make it difficult for solo wheelchair travelers. Please ask for assistance if needed.
This luxury cottage is equipped with high end NEW furnishings, construction and appliances with modern farmhouse decor. The cottage sits on approximately a half acre of densely wooded trees with a creek to view. Sip coffee or wine on the porch while gazing at many bird species enjoying the feeders.

Guests have full use of the cottage. Note: The cottage shares a wall which has two non-working doors with the main home but there is no access in either direction of the main property.

The entire cottage is fully handicap accessible. Roll in shower with bench, no stairs, all smooth entry and wide door and hallways and no cluttered furniture to get around. Please inquire if you have any questions about accessibility for your stay. Please note, the entry path is steep. If traveling alone and in a wheel chair please ask for assistance coming in or out of the home.
