Everything was so nice. The room was great the staff were great. Christine was so nice. Parking had lots of light and very safe. The breakfast was so good. The pool was heated and we swam for about two hours.

We were impressed with this hotel. It was clean, everything looked new, our room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. A nice variety to suit most diets. I highly recommend this hotel. We would stay there again if in the area.

Front desk check-in was friendly and quick, but it definitely seemed as if she could have used some help. The room was great until we figured out the air conditioner wasn't working. We got a room changed, but was down graded from two queens and a pullout couch to a king and a pullout couch with a rollaway bed. The rollaway took longer than expected to get there as the only person working was busy. We definitely needed the two queens and the pullout for the five people we had staying there. Hopefully I will see the credit I was promised soon. Overall it wasn't too horrible just inconvenient and not as expected.

Before I booked my stay, the picture that was posted showed a suite. However, that is not the kind of room I got. I was very disappointed. It would be helpful to have a picture when booking a room, to see exactly what you have booked. Had I known I would not have a suite, I would not have booked a room. The air-conditioning was very loud and ran all night. I had trouble sleeping. If I raised the temperature, it still ran all night. The check in staff were just cordial The night staff were very helpful and were very cheerful. She (I can't remember her name) but she went out of her way to help me. The coffee set up in the room did not have regular cream - only packaged powder The soap in the shower was less than effective in cleanliness. The breakfast was disappointing. I was hoping for a better selection (more protein). Coffee was just satisfactory. I was disappointed they did not have regular cream, but only offered coffee mate

This hotel was very clean, and it looked like its' been renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, and the water was warm, breakfast was very good as well. I am definitely coming back to this place.
