Check in was great! The staff member gave recommendations to restaurants. We settled on the hotel restaurant. The food was good. The drinks were just ok. The room was clean. There was an ill smell on the elevator & in the hallway on the 11th floor.

Was greeted with an upgrade! Staff was very friendly but I was surprised that no one offered to help me with my bags upon entry to valet parking. I’d like to have more cream in my coffee. 2 creamers doesn’t cut it. Room was gorgeous. Loved the big size toiletries. There was one elevator out of service which created a back up especially with an 800 person party going on which also affected the AC from functioning properly during a heat wave in FW during December.
